Her approach is through holistic nutrition, empowering clients in their health by helping them make sense of their nutritional needs and harnessing their motivation for long-term changes.
Katie believes that food is medicine and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition and health. Working one-on-one with Katie provides each client with a tailored plan according to their unique health and wellness challenges.
When not wearing her Nutritionist hat, Katie enjoys reading, spending time outdoors meandering through nature, or sipping tea in cafes.
