What are Integrative Mental Health Services?
Integrative Mental Health Services utilize a combination of conventional and complementary treatment approaches to support mental wellness holistically. It is a whole-person approach to mental health care, recognizing a person’s entire being: mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and social.
While psychotherapy and medications can be very helpful for those experiencing mental health challenges, these tools often work best when combined with holistic treatments such as nutrition, lifestyle modifications, somatic processing and mindfulness.
At Northwest Health Specialties, our integrative mental health providers offer a range of treatments that can be utilized as alternative or complement to conventional mental health care. A unique treatment protocol will be designed for your specific needs.
